"The hotel itself was different from what I’m used to and I think that’s what drew me in. Loved the large windows and the views if the city. Loved the king bed and how simple the room was. Perfect for a quick trip but would be a great option for an extended one as well since there were many walkable options and travel by car was quick too. Will definitely seek out Kasa hotels in the future!"

"Let me just say that the front desk staff were EXCELLENT! They were always friendly and helpful. I frequently travel, and the customer service was a 10/10. They were able to graciously accommodate a few requests. Before booking my stay I was apprehensive because I had read a few negative reviews. I can now tell you that I did not experience one negative thing. I was also surprised that I could not hear anyone walking in the room above me- that is something that I CAN NOT stand. The rooms were cleaned daily. I’ve stayed at places where you had to call and ask for housekeeping if you wanted it done. Some places even had a cutoff time to make that request. Not this one. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Top notch customer service! "
