The place was so disgusting I don't think I'd let my dog stay there. I didn't stay at this hotel and don't know how to get my money back. The place appears like a housing for druggies. Room smelled awful and appeared dirty. I felt I needed to take a shower after checking out the room, but definitely not there!

Safe, quiet and clean.. nice and helpful staff. You can walk to nearby Braums, and Taco Bell. McDonald's and Walmart are closeby too. The area is like a quiet little town. There is also a Hospital nearby in case needed. This is the place that I chose to stay when I go to nearby casinos. Good value for the money. Im going to explore this area more on next visit for history and for fishing opportunities. Lake Texoma is close too.

A very good value for the price. Rooms are clean and bug free. Bathrooms are clean too. Office staff are very courteous, helpful, and friendly. It's a great little safe town just 30 minutes from Choctaw casino, and their are 2 more casinos in that area. Lake Texoma is very pretty too.

The owner was awful to understand we used a gift card to pay thru Expedia. It was terrible until she called her son to come and help. He was awesome and called Expedia and realized they had charged us when they should have let us pay.at the motel. His mother couldn't understand and kept saying we have only $28 left on our card. That was accurate, but wanted us to pay again. Again, this was when her son fixed all. We would stop on our way home, but the owner was so bad we would never stay, which is sad because we loved the room

Hello, This is Mayur The problem at the property were unusual because you had booked with a gift card through Expedia. It was not a normal credit card so when it was charged, it showed different amounts of sums on our side. On Expedia sometimes it does not let you put down a gift card credit card so that’s where the problem occurred. Plus we are a pay at property motel, so no matter what happened I would have had to charge you at the property. None of my employees knew how to fix this except me so apologize. Once again, the matter was not under our control. It was a problem under Expedia‘s guidelines. So if you could reflect that on your ratings, it would be very helpful.Thanks and have nice day

Unpleasant surprise
The beds were ok but the toiletstool seat was very loose and I informed the hotel about it and they said they would fix it and never did. The coffee and cups were never replenished and the hair dryer did not work.

This was a wonderful spot for a clean and comfortable place to sleep. The rooms were clean and welcoming. The water was very hot and I was able to relax with a nice shower. The staff was ver accommodating. We will definitely stay here again, as we have family in the area.

Budget Inn
A little off the beaten path to where we were going, but I would stay here again if needed. This is an older, but well maintained, motor inn. Bed was comfortable, and room was clean. There was a stain on the carpet, but otherwise it was fine.

It is what the name says, a budget motel. The room isn't well furnished, just a chair, microwave and fridge and basic tv, but it was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the heat was more than adequate on a cold night, plenty of hot water in an immaculate bathroom. Friends at another hotel in town had some sketchy situations during their stay but we felt safe and secure at Budget Inn.

Stinky room,smells like mold &mildew. I tried to check out there was nothing but a piece of cardboard on office window said call this number be back .I never talked to anybody.i left door key on counter.plus i checked out a day early ,yes no refunds .bad as the 10 00.a day for pets they throw at you when you get there.nothing on line said anything about a added charge for pets..gave that up to ... nastiest hotel ive ever stayed at..so i chose to give up 90.00 dollars because it stunk so bad i got sick from the heavy mold smell.....

Not bad for the price and location.
Very clean smoking room. I am not a smoker but all of the non smoking rooms were full. Not a bad smell. All of the movie channels and shower was nice and hot. Bed was a little hard but very nice stay for the price and location.

The only thing was at 0345 I started hearing this hammering noise that woke me up. Not sure if it was the pipes or the service room next door. It happened for a good hour about every 4-5 minutes it would happen. I almost complained but was in a hurry to somewhere.

No frills great value
Great stay and friendly people. Room was as basic as can be and that's all I needed for this trip. Clean room, heater worked well, hot water in the shower. Great value for the money!

It was a little hotel, but it was really quiet and clean. Room was nice, I would definitely stay again. It was a cheap hotel room for a good nights rest. If you want Disneyland in your hotel, probably shouldn’t be going to Madill, Oklahoma. If you want a clean, quiet hotel for a good price, this is your place.
