"Not expecting a lot, but the shower head is broken and tilted, toilet seat is broken, very hot inside no AC not even an Electric Fan we would have it until complaint about the heat. Very noise neighbour shouting in the middle of the night."

Its difficult to find superlatives that match the enjoyment we had at the Albatroz. Its a stunning location and everything was right from the check-in to the check-out. The staff at the Hotel have a value set and desire to provide service that is matched only by 5 star establishments, and in my estimation this certainly is a 5 star Hotel. We plan to return, and frankly cant wait to do so. Go and enjoy!!

A tasteful blend of contemporary and traditional buildings, with our superior block room worth the extra money - larger and with a much better quality lounging area outside the patio doors. This place was incredible! Room was amazing - so spacious and comfy. Loved the bath robes! We used all 3 of the hotel’s spas with roof top hot tubs, swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

We had a fantastic time here. The room was big and comfortable and the resort was beautifully maintained, with lovely gardens. A great place to relax and unwind.
Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety, catering for a wide range of dietary requirements. The various restaurants offered decent food and a good option if not wanting to venture out in the evening.
The staff were all fantastic throughout.
I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay there again.
