"The outside hot pool and bar great...indoor pool chilly...jacuzzy great....treatment rooms rather stark and chilly....my room was ok...the hotel generally is good...but would benefit from more cleaning of door frames and paints...starting to be on the verge of looking tired...."

"The staff who attended to me were all welcoming and willing to provide help for all I needed. The hotel is located near the Piccadilly station, I walked for barely 5 minutes getting there. It's pretty much ambient, serene and equipped with basic amenities that make your stay enjoyable. I enjoyed the meals and the bar has virtually all you need for your relaxation. My room was clean as well, so was the bathroom/ toilet. To be honest, I can readily use that facility once I find myself in Manchester. Thank you for being great hosts."

"The hotel is very convenient for the airport with a shuttle bus staffed by very helpful drivers. The rooms are comfortable with all necessary amenities. There is a good choice for breakfast although something other than sliced bread would be an improvement."
