The photos on Hotels.com were of a nice lobby with breakfast, seating areas, conference rooms, business office with a computer and printer, etc. After choosing to pay at the hotel, the hotel tried to charge my card before I got there, and because it was locked and declined, I was told that my reservation was automatically cancelled, although I did not get a notice from Hotels.com. They gave me another reservation and I checked in. They had a washer and dryer but it was in a closet outside with no room to wait on the clothes. I went into the lobby to wait on my clothes but was told I could not wait in the lobby. I was told that it was only for check in and check out and they had outdoor benches that I could use. It was below 50 degrees outside. I turned to look at the areas in the lobby and the clerk told me that she told me I could not be in there and asked me to leave. Another man came out to tell me the same thing. I told them that I have a 7 day stay there and was a customer. They told me to please leave the lobby. They put me out! In the room, I wanted to connect my computer to the TV, but the HDMI input on the tv had been tampered with. I called down and was told that it was not possible for me to use that output. When leaving, I went to the lobby to wait on my Uber and was told that I could not wait in the lobby, but I could wait in the vestibule. Someone else wanted to wait inside but she locked the door and would not let them in. BAD BUSINESS!
