Convenient to MECC. Very comfortable bed. Adequate bathroom. Floors felt a little dirty but I could be wrong. Very pleasant staff.

NH Hotel is an excellent hotel, and the staff is very accommodating. The only downside is that the mattress was rather hard. I think it is time for management to invest in good-quality, comfortable mattresses. The staff did offer us a soft topper, though. So, if you don't like a hard mattress, ask the staff for a topper. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of foods. There was even a choice for hard-boiled or soft-boiled eggs. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience.

This was a perfect hotel for my 9 year old son and I. We went to the Andre Rieu performance, which was amazing! The lounge restaurant was delicious and brought out a special treat for my son, as it was his birthday.

Could have been better.
The family room was nice, but one of the bathroom was not good. Also the breakfast was too crowded. The breakfast space does not fit people when it is 100% capacity room booked. We had to wait for 30 min in queue to get in for breakfast and at the end not enough options left for vegiterian. At the end they did not chanrged for the breakfast, but we feel it could have been better.

Overall a decent hotel, but the spa which was advertised on the website was not to our expectations. It looked very dingy and unclean.

This is definitely a great stay! It is not in the city center but it is walkable in 30 mts, or easily by transportation or even taxi. The hotel and rooms are great, one of the best hotels in Europe to me

We enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel and the accesibility to transportation was very close by. Also enjoyed the eating establishments just downstairs from our room!

I gave 2 stars at the beginning. But I was not fair, I was hungry and angry and the kitchen was closed at 9 pm. So, the hotel deserves more than 2 stars for sure.

I have not seen any 4-star hotel where there is nothing to eat at 9 pm and nothing to drink at 11 pm. The rooms are very hot and when you ask a room with A/C is 20 Euro extra:(

Great hotel
Great stay, next to the MECC and hospital and just a quick walk into centre of Maastricht. Comfortable room, nice and quiet so had a great sleep. Lots of choice at breakfast (self service) and I also had a meal in the restaurant which was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff was very helpful, and let us know that the city bus picks up right in front of the hotel to go downtown approximately every 10 minutes. The room was fine, but the temperature controls take some guesswork to get the temperature to personal comfort (no degree settings, just a +\- dial).

The room was very large. The staff was OUTSTANDING. We had problems with a rental car and the staff went way above and beyond to help us solve the problem, and they did it on a very busy day when the hotel was full. I've never experienced such helpfulness from a hotel staff.

Great hotel, but dubious pricing
Stay was very good, but prices changed every day from between R900 and R5500 for the same room, which seemed over the top. We effectively paid more then double for the Andre Rieu concert with the cost of the Saturday night. Problems with Andre Rieu travel when initially booking also made the stay more expensive and with less quality seats.

Good restaurant on an out dated hotel
Location is not the best, nothing around the area except the hospital. Rooms are quite out dated and old, bed is not very comfortable and toilet fixtures are very old and almost screaming for renewal. Restaurant was very good in terms of food and excellent service!

Good hotel
The room and the staff were great. The breakfast bus set is extensive. My only down side was I I got a room above reception and as a light sleeper could her the staff talking. Staff were particularly noisy.
