Only when I told him they had until Friday to figure this out, did the machine miraculously work. The next night I noticed that there was no water in my room and I asked could I get additional bottle water. I was tersely told to buy water at a shop nearby. One would think that wanted to obtain bottled water at a hotel. Upon checkout, I was told that there was an additional fee for my prepaid reservation. This had not been mentioned at check-in. When I went to pay by card, I was told that I had to pay with cash. When I explained I had no Moroccan money they told me to use an ATM. I gave him a small amount of American money and called it a day, but I will not be back at this property again and do not recommend it to others."
