"Requested a travel cot for my daughter £5 per night unfortunately it wasn't very clean but the receptionist did remove this from our bill when we raised the concern. Certainly needs an refresh. Breakfast was pretty good."
"Every thing was fine staff lovely the only thing I would ask is plug sockets why can’t they be with usb connection so you can charge your phone etc That’s my only criticism every thing else was lovely"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Waterside Hotel. Parking in the basement was easy with lifts to all floors. The room was good, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only grumbles would be that it was difficult getting into the bath tub to have a shower and there was no fridge in the room."
