Extremely accommodating staff. Very nice and helpful. It is so close to the airport, and it was a nice day, that I just walked over after my flight landed.

Extremely friendly staff offering free cookies at check-in (and at any other point ya might want some), rooms were very clean and well-kept, beds and pillows comfortable, breakfast was very good (sausage, biscuits w/gravy, scrambled eggs, and all the other hotel standards). We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. Price was a little higher than what we would normally pay ($167 a night) but we felt it was worth the extra.

A regular stop for us when visiting our daughter at Liberty University. Super clean with an amazingly friendly staff. This place is top notch! We’ve tried other hotels in the area, but this Comfort Inn is such a better choice. We love this place!

Overall I was very pleased with my stay here with the exception of the bed. I travel several times a year for work and this was without a shadow of a doubt the hardest bed I have ever slept in.

I stayed here for two nights while visiting my daughter at LU. This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and the quality has been consistently good. The location is very convenient to the campus with many stores/restaurants close by. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Although it is across the street from Lynchburg Regional Airport noise was never a problem.

After staying there for three nights, I was packing up to leave. I pulled back the covers on the king size bed to make sure I hadn’t left an ear bud behind, and found that I had been sleeping with a dead bug! I took a picture, told Sonya at the front desk and she said she informed management. NO ONE CONTACTED ME! How gross yet no kind of compensation.

The Fitness center really needs updated and attention. The two days we were there the Fitness room had not been touched. Water station would be a great addition.

The workers at the front desk were friendly. Check in was ok. The room was comfortable but not the cleanest. Inside and outside of microwave was dirty. There was a lot of dust and hair in the drawers of the dresser and bedside table. I probably wouldnt stay again.

Great stay, front desk staff at check-in was extremely welcoming!! Hotel was nice and clean, room itself was clean and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, toilet bowl had not been cleaned and had disgusting residue all around the inside and rims. Other than that room smelled fresh and appeared clean.

Just a really nice place that’s well kept with friendly staff. Clean and feels new. Breakfast is always fresh and a delicious start to the day. We make it our go to whenever we visit our daughter at Liberty University.
