"Above all else was the hospitality of the staff: although they have an 11:00PM cut off time for checking in, when I found out that I would not arrive until 1:00AM because my flight was cancelled and I was put on a flight 5 hours later, I e-mailed them and they immediately agreed to take me in. When I arrived the door was open, the key was hanging on a hook at the desk and all was right in my world. That is really service in my book. PS: breakfast was wonderful."

"Beautiful place run by helpful, friendly people. For example, they don't mind if you call them with a question, no matter how obvious the answer is. They have a lovely restaurant there with fun and friendly staff. Also, be sure to tour the area - the Northern Highlands are stunningly beautiful. We had a great time."

"Our first time glamping. It won't be our last. Extremely clean, well thought out pod. Our host was excellent and helpful. There was a small issue with expedia regarding communication with the host before arrival. It was not our hosts fault, but on Expedia's side. Excellent location, excellent host, close to some excellent sites!"

"On arrival we confirmed the dinner reservation time, but despite telephoning to book there was apparently nothing on their system We were then booked in for dinner. We had an apartment which was great to have the space & the kitchen was well equipped & everything was very clean. The electricity tripped, but that was soon remedied. There was no toiletries other than basic soap in the bathroom - no problem but would have been good to know in advance. The restaurant seemed a little disorganised but we got there in the end. Having checked us in and sorted the electricity for us, I would have expected him to remember us when we went to the bar for a drink a few minutes later, but asked if we were wanted to book table ??"

"Room was clean and everything in good working order. Also pet friendly which was a bonus. Only issue for us was the parking. Doesn’t seem to be enough spots for the number of units. We went out for dinner and couldn’t get a spot when we returned and had to park on the narrow road."
