Ideal location with easy access from motorway. Well presented resort with nice views from lodge over lake and plenty of things to do on-site. Staff always well presented, polite and very helpful, always seem to enjoy what they are doing. Nice restaurant with plenty of food choices which are reasonably priced. Definitely will be going back.

Staff were excellent. The food was excellent. Everywhere was spotless. The 4 bedrooms are up 3 flights of stairs but the staff we extremely helpful. An enjoyable experience. The pub is quirky.

The Phesant Inn was a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast was superb with an excellent choice. The staff were polite and attentive. Room 11 offered us a king bed with an excellent view.

great staff, clean rooms and food

Was a fantastic stay with friendly staff who looked after us. Absolutely one of the best stays on an hotel. Food also was excellent. Both me and my wife would recommend the Gateway.

I rarely write reviews about holiday stays but had to do so for our three night stay at Grange Manor. The room was fabulous-luxurious,spotless and so comfortable and the extra finishing touches made it a home from home. Breakfast served every morning in the room was a delight. No noisy dining room nor rush to have table cleared away. All was at our pace which was what we wanted. A peaceful haven in a beautiful setting with the most friendly and helpful staff made this break first class. We...

Great hotel, friendly staff, gorgeous food! Room was beautiful

Stopped on 14th may 2016. The girl who greeted us and served breakfast the next morning was excellent. The food we had at night was great and the breakfast was spot on. Lovely location. The bar bit is about as perfect looking as youd get a pub. The bathroom in our room was 'retro' but we quite liked talking about it and what colour we had in the 90s lol. The bedrooms are lovely too. Defo come back

Location was ideal for an overnight stay on the way to Scotland. Home cooked food in the restaurant was great. Parking was very convenient.

Beautiful hotel close to the train station. The hotel grounds are exceptional and customer service is outstanding. Cannot wait to return next year.

Fab little pub in the village of Ingleton. Really friendly bar staff and manager, even though they were really busy as we arrived on New Years Eve. Arranged a table for our evening meal and the food was worth the money. Room was comfy and lovely and warm, had everything you needed. My only comment would have been that breakfast on New Years Day could have been extended as this was served only between 8-9am - a little early for the New Years celebrations but I do appreciate they cater for the...
