Ideal place to stay close to Lunenberg. 10 minute walk to the main shops and restaurants. Friendly staff provided a handy list of recommended places to go. The Knot was great for food and live music. The Lightship was a good brewery with an amazing view.

We had a really pleasant stay at The Homeport Motel. Our room was clean and there were unexpected amenities like a towel warmer. It is also a really peaceful environment which made for a comfortable stay and restful sleep. Only thing I would add is maybe adding play structure on the property for kids. Definitely would book again.

We had a great stay. The room was spacious and clean. Great to have a fridge and microwave. Nice big shower and good quality towels. It was my favourite stay on my trip to the maritimes! Definitely recommend!!

Great hotel - likely the nicest stay on our whole trip. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathrooms were large. They had a kettle (thank you! I'm a tea drinker!), fridge, and although there isn't a cooking area there are plates and cutlery in case you order in. The hotel is very close to a grocery store if you want to pick up snacks for in the room, and a Tim Horton's. Very conveniently located for visiting historic Lunenburg.
