Our stay was good. However, the picture of the property on Expedia is misleading, it is not on the waterfront, it is a block away. It is in a great location, as it is right on the Main Street of Lunenburg…so everything is within easy walking distance. Also Mike was great…walked us over to the Blue Nose, and got us a great parking stall, which could be a little difficult. Room was okay…clean, but could use a refresh.

Receptionist was very accomodating. He even offered to give us a ride to Mahone Bay despite being busy. We were able to get a cab though but he was kind enough to offer the ride. Place got that old school charm. Room was complete and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and the toiletries were nice. Scent was good! Right in front of the spots!

In a town as old as Lunenburg, I understood that this property would be historical, but it needs some care. The carpets are so old and are worn and smelly. Our bedroom sliding window was completely broken—we could pull off the lower half but couldn't open it up. The AC was nice to have but so loud and had only high and very high speeds and was right next to the bed, so we turned it on and off all night. With a little care and added theme-fitting decor, this place would be wonderful. Staff was friendly, parking was convenient, and location was great, as it was across the street from the harbour and near all the shops and restaurants.

The owners were friendly and nice and very helpful. The room we had was great very quiet. Lunenburg is a very small town with plenty to see but of course we were two streets off of the main harbour so fantastic right across the street from a really great restaurant. Go check out the Maritime museum. And the blue nose.

We had a great view from our room and the location in Lunenburg was great. The room was very hot and the temperature was not easy to control. There are very few amenities at this Inn and the cost is very high. Staff were very pleasant and helpful with our parking questions.

The owners were very kind and helpful when it came to parking and also recommending things to do in the area. The room was clean and had everything I needed and it was quiet. Great location- there’s a delicious sushi shop and a cafe with great coffee and pastries that you can access in the hotel. Highly recommend staying here!

I REALLY liked the charm of this place. It felt like I was home. The common areas around the rooms were lovely and it was nice to know there was a microwave available in the kitchen area downstairs. The bed was excessively comfortable.
