"Perfect location to visit Hull Uni. Parking available. Room was Ok but one ceiling light was not working. The bathroom was clean but needed some t.l.c. Bedroom was a good size and clean. good facilities. bed mattress was too soft for my wife and I but comfortable. Outside lights to the back of the property were still on around 1..30 pm which disturbed our sleep pattern a bit.
