"The location is very good for the town centre, however the immediate garden/access/path is disgusting and squalid. The apartment was a tired and basic , but the bathroom & kitchen are newish and clean and in good working order - and an electric shower so no hot water worries. Just be prepared and take everything you need ( including toilet paper as that wasn’t provided ) "

"This is a small flat in a residential block that provides good, basic accommodations with a Tesco nearby. We were a family of 5 adults, in a transit van, touring Scotland. The on-street parking with a van was difficult due to all the local residents’ vehicles. The host was very responsive to communication and we had no issues that warranted action on their part. "

"We stayed for 10 nights and can’t say enough good things about the accommodations. The building itself is stunning and almost 200-years old, but the apartment itself is modern and spacious with everything we needed. Check-in was straightforward and the host provided beautiful fresh flowers and a bottle of prosecco—what a nice touch! The location is ideal for catching a train for day trips to many locations in Scotland, i.e. Edinburgh, Glasgow, Crieff, St. Andrews, etc. Perth itself is lovely and...
