3rd visit with friends from Edinburgh who absolutely love the Hotel… staff are Amazing!! Go above and beyond…food excellent!! Spa so relaxing the day after.. Beds so comfy… didn’t want to get up!! Overall… will definitely be visiting again soon… hoping to have a 2 night break to enjoy the whole experience…😁

Had a brilliant time with my husband and absolutely loved seeing the newly renovated Crieff Hydro, it’s absolutely beautiful. We were there child-free celebrating our 10-year anniversary, so it felt extra special.
The meals and breakfasts were outstanding and really made the stay even more enjoyable.
Our only frustrating moment was when we tried to have a drink in the adult bar. Unfortunately, there appeared to be only one member of staff on. We sat down for around 15 minutes without any acknowledgment or update that we couldn’t be served, and eventually ended up going to the other bar instead. Such a shame, as we were really looking forward to enjoying that part of the experience.
Overall though, we had a lovely stay.

The staff were lovely extremely helpful. The hotel does need a bit of an upgrade things like towels were clean but very worn and thin. Bring your own.
Restaurant food was good and breakfast was traditional.

"The Hotel was not fit to be open to the public. The room was badly in need of redecorating. The bathroom basin was blocked. The whole place was shabby. You stuck to the dinning room floor when walking on it. Could carry on but would run out of writing space. Staff were great though!"
