"Stayed for 11 nights. Breakfast was very good. Staff was super nice and a great help. We ate a couple times at the bar and it was a good, drinks and food were reasonably priced, especially for a hotel. Rooms were super quiet with nice bathrooms and lots of space. Metro is a very short walk. If we go back to Madrid, we're definitely going back here."

"The hotel is perfectly in the center of Madrid and it’ll let you visit all the hot areas in the downtown of the city. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and the hotels includes plenty of amenities."

"Hotel Regina is super centrally located. You can literally walk everywhere. The rooms spare no details. The only drawback was the restaurant in the property which is not part of the hotel. This could have been better but not their fault."

"I come to celebrate my 30th birthday the staff are incredible so friendly and attentive! Made me feel so special wrote me the most beautiful note with a happy birthday brownie in the room the most sweetest gesture that I’ll treasure forever! The room is absolutely beautiful so clean and tidy I can’t fault a single thing! Everything has been amazing!! Rooftop pool is amazing! In such a good area waking distance from places we wanted to visit! The most amazing experience! Can’t wait to come back! "

"we discovered numerous bloodstains on various items in the room, including the bedsheets, pillowcases, pillow inserts, bath towels, hand towels, blankets, and even the bathroom floor mat. ​This discovery has been deeply distressing and has caused us significant emotional trauma. Beyond the immediate shock, we are gravely concerned about the potential health risks. If these bloodstains carry any infectious diseases, it poses a direct threat to our well-being."

"I stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The location is excellent and overall the hotel is good value. However there are some issues: (a) the rooms are badly lit - without then central lights, my room was dingy. Impossible to read in bed as the lamps are fixed pointing down; (b) pointless having a fridge as it is only there for room service and no room for own purchases; (c) pointless TV as although it was a smart TV (Samsung), all options are switched off - so no ability to change languages or access Netflix, etc. For some reason I was in a room designed for wheelchair use which may have made the room more odd (shower was a nightmare). Overall, oddly unsatisfactory when it needn’t have been. I should have just booked one night and shopped around. "
