The staff were very friendly. Our room including the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Disposable slippers and still and sparkling water were provided with a surprise. Though the room was a bit pricey, I would still highly recommend it to anyone who would like to stay with a walkable distance to Lugano Station.

Most of the shops and restaurants are downhill so you’ll have a steep climb back to the hotel. Very close to everything and accommodations are very nice with complementary breakfast buffet. Would stay again.

Loved being just a bit removed from the madding crowd. From our room (corner with a wrap-around balcony), we had the most stunning view imaginable of the city and lake below. It was a wonderful experience.

The hotel is fine. My room was clean and the breakfast was decent. I was woken by noise in the corridor but this may have been because my room was near the lift. If I could choose again I'd prefer to overlook the lake. But it's very convenient for Lugano station.

This was a lovely and well maintained hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel has a lovely courtyard where you can enjoy breakfast, and it’s walking distance from the main train station and down the hill from the main shopping and dining area in Lugano. We really enjoyed our stay there.
