  • Our newly remodeled 2 bedroom home is the perfect place to rest, relax, recuperate, and enjoy time with friends and family. Located within walking distance of Covenant Lakeside and Maxey Park while just a few minutes from Texas Tech, you won't find a more convenient location in Lubbock.

    This home was intentionally remodeled to provide the perfect amenities so that your stay will be amazing! Each bedroom features clean and comfortable beds with 5 star linens along with a large smart tv.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances as well as all of the necessary kitchenware to serve you and your guest. The kitchen and living room are open, making for a comfortable area to relax and entertain.

    The bathroom is stocked with toiletries and feature a West Texas favorite, Tecolote Handmade Soaps.

    You will experience the fastest internet available making it easy to stay up to date with work projects or stream your favorite shows. Each tv has a YouTube TV account which allows you to watch by local and cable channels.

    The laundry area is fully equipped with a large capacity washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board.

    The property is professionally cleaned, making it not only fresh and inviting, but COVID safe. You can book with confidence.

    We offer remote contactless checkin and checkout using automatic door locks and a Ring Doorbell.
