Easy access to all Lubbock has to offer. Minutes to depot district, TTU campus, & other LBK favorites. We have plenty of space for larger groups/families! Great for long or short-term stays! The space The house has beautiful luxury vinyl plank floors in all areas of the home. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully equipped for any cooking you may want to do during your stay. This home has been completely renovated from the flooring to the bathrooms! Additionally, a new HVAC system will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. AMENITIES: bedding, linens, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, and conditioner are all on hand for your use as well as all the other usual amenities you would anticipate having in a hotel. Worked out well with having our dog too. The location and area were great. The duplex neighbor’s dog was left unattended and barked nonstop for hours at a time….I think a rental space too.
