"I stay at the Heathrow Leonardo a few times a year, and have for the last 4 years or so. It has some weaknesses, but many advantages, which is why I keep coming back. This time the check-in was painfully slow, but I had an OK standard room in a quiet corner, the air-conn more or less worked, and the breakfast was very good (as always). I'll be back in 1.5 weeks when I leave the UK. I still rate this place - in part because it is easy to get to from the airport by _public_ bus, the good Portuguese restaurant and cafe around the corner, and the breakfasts."

"Arrived at the hotel quite late after losing all of our luggage due to the major chaos at Heathrow Airport on September 8. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and provided us with all the basic necessities we needed for our stay. The service was very good, especially when we needed assistance. The hotel is small but very conveniently located in Terminal 2, which made it a great choice given our situation. Overall, we really appreciated the helpful staff and convenient location."

"The grounds of the hotel are great & really beautiful including a small playground for the kids, games room, tennis court etc. The swimming pool was also a great addition & it had floats and pool noodles for extra fun. The rooms were very average. After seeing check in & the grounds, the rooms are quite a different vibe to that. We had to move rooms as the window next to the kids bed wouldn’t shut and there was black mould on the bathroom ceiling. It was a Saturday night so very loud, we were woken a number of times in the night. The breakfast buffet was great, loads of choice & kid friendly. Overall the grounds & facilities were great and worth the money. But the room was a disappointment."

"The reception staff were attentive and very helpful and honestly couldn't do enough to help. The room over looked the run way which my husband loved, it was clean tidy and bigger than we expected. We were five access to the executive lounge which was and added bonus we didn't expect. So thank you to the Renaissance staff you made the start to our trip so memorable especially collette"
