"10/10 for all staff, check-in and -out, restaurant and bar staff. Room was nice and absolutely silent. The only minor criticism I have is that the bathroom was very small and there’s not a walk-in shower so you have to step into the bathtub to shower - come on Renaissance this isn’t the Middle Ages!"

"The Leonardo Hotel by Heathrow Airport was a very pleasant surprise. I had not heard of it before but now I will stay here every time I go to London. My room was tastefully de decorated, the bed was very comfortable with quality cotton sheets, and the bathroom was clean and luxurious. I loved the fact that the window can open for fresh air. The breakfast was delicious, with a large variety of high quality choices. Also, dinner at the hotel restaurant was some of the best I ever had. I highly recommend this hotel and the restaurant."

"Automated self check-in was great with a little help from the girls at reception. Stayed in a Club Room which comes with free parking, gym access and was very clean and tidy but no bigger than a normal room in any other hotel. Very busy hotel as it has a fitness gym on site for locals to use. Food and beer a little pricey but was a modern and comfortable place to eat. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay again"

"The Hotel is set within the sprawling grounds which includes a wonderfully maintained golf course despite the current heatwave conditions. I was warmly greeted when checking in and got a lot of steps in getting to my room but was rewarded with a room with a view of the course and everything I needed to enjoy my stay. I used the onsite gym which had new equipment in great working condition which provided a good sweat and pump. I decided to dine elsewhere with Reading being only a few miles away. The bed was extremely comfortable and provided a well-needed night's rest with breakfast options being varied allowing for a great start to the day. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was impeccable."

"Exactly what we wanted from an airport hotel. Close to a bus station, great restaurant in the hotel, comfy bed for a few hours sleep. All staff we interacted with were lovely. Reviews on google rated the restaurant hotel low but we (four of us) all really enjoyed it!"
