The Cozy Cottage offers a wonderful stay for guests with 3 well-stocked bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a bunk bedroom. The 2.5 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers & all shower amenities. Enjoy the superb amenities like a coffee bar, games, plush linens, comfy beds, fitness equipment, WiFi, washing machine, and AC. We're centrally located as we're minutes from I-40 & approximately 20 minutes from Fayetteville & Bentonville!
