Property was within walking distance to many great restaurants. Exactly what we were looking for to feel more like home. Neighborhood is quiet for the most part except the occasional helicopter in the middle of the night. Host is great with communication.

The place is excellent with two caveat. One being the gates were broken and it kept the property exposed from the front and the back. Not a deal breaker but it should’ve been repaired. Second is the bigger issue. The floors are extremely tilted. My family and I felt vertigo sickness moving around the house. I personally have injuries to both my ankle and the tilted floor did created somewhat of a challenge. If I would’ve known I may have looked elsewhere to stay. But that’s just myself. Still a very clean and nice property if you can withstand the tilted floors.

Cute and Convenient House

Scott was a great host. House was nicely decorated with comfortable beds and hot water for showers. There is parking in the back with a covered awning that made getting the luggage very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

NCAA Volleyball Final Four

This cute little house was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Loved the location. Easy to get downtown to the Yum Center as well as the other great attractions downtown. Visited Louisville Slugger Museum. Also did 2 different Evan Williams Bourbon Experience. This house is also very close to all the great shops & businesses on East Market Street. All within a 5 minute drive. Our host provided an easy check in process, gave us some great recommendations for food & beverages. Any questions or concerns were answered & resolved very quickly! Definitely would stay here again when in town!

My family of 4 stayed here for a basketball tournament at the Kentucky Expo. It was a perfect location with just. a short 15 minute drive. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It has plenty of room (bigger than we excepted!) We 100% recommend this location. The owner was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay! Your house is beautiful!

Parking was very good under the awning in the back. The alley could use some clean-up work. The host came over right away when the entry lock wouldn't work correctly. The only major complaint that we had was that there were ants in the kitchen (we left a note for the cleaning crew to spray the kitchen counter where we saw them).
