Our room STANK of cigarettes. The tub was busted. The pool was FREEZING my 13 year old stated her skin felt nasty after getting in. Coffee was poop gas station coffee. And the morning"eggs" were over cooked hard boiled. Everything was empty it took staff forever to change stuff out. Apparently the yogurt was disgusting.

Pretty nice place since theyve remodeled. It is NOT pet friendly and it is NON-SMOKING. Unlike what expedia advertises that it is pet friendly and smoking..

Clean and Quiet
Very clean and quiet. This is an older hotel, but, is nice and the staff were helpful. I will stay here again.

The check in was awesome the lady was super nice and very knowledgeable of the area she recommended the Cattleman restaurant for dinner and it never disappoints. The area was quiet and would definitely stay there again.

Exceptional customer service!
My mom needed the handicap accessible room and it was perfect for her. John at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful with all of our questions and needs. He was still there in the morning when we got up and he was still just as friendly and helpful as the day before. We will definitely stay again when we visit family!

Nice Stay
We were running really late to the hotel (well after 11pm) and they called to check on us. I'm not sure if they were wanting to give away the rooms, but I'm gonna believe it was because they were genuinely worried we were in trouble.

Overnight hiking trip w/ kids
Budget-friendly hotel just a few minutes from bernheim forest great location to restaurants and Walmart for essentials. Beds were comfortable breakfast was adequate the hotel looks like it's had some cosmetic updates great customer service in the evening and in the morning overall a pleasant stay.

Looks like remodeling was or is being done but our room had water dripping from the ceiling in the shower. Most likely a water leak from upstairs. Our sink didn't drain very fast every time it was used. Also the outside door got stuck when trying to get in and very hard to open.

I want to apologize for these issues. When there is a water leak from up stairs sometimes its a shower head goes bad or customer leaves shower curtain open or they over fill the tub. when a issue occurs please don't hesitate to come tell use so we can get the problems fixed asap. Sometimes customers don't tell us and we have no Ideal it happened. Again i am very sorry this happened.

Overall property was good a bit high priced for location and amenities. Front desk customer service was excellent both day and evening shifts. Beds slept great. Only real problem was the room had a very bad order but luckyly we had some extra car deoderizers! Overall would stay here again.

One night stay. Checked in with staff whom we interrupted one of her many smoke breaks. The morning lady was delightful. Breakfast was basic. Location wasamazing. Fridge had a layer of dust as did the cabinits so they do a surface level clean at best.

I asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room, there was a bug in the bathroom my husband seen. There was only 3 tables to set at for breakfast and the hotel was booked. We had to go find breakfast somewhere. I am very disappointed with this chain and I am not going to use them again.

I want to apologize for the issues you encountered. I am very sorry for these issues. Sometimes when you book on a 3rd party you may not get what you booked. we have told people after booking please call hotel to double check. We had other tables but some got broke and we are looking into this issue. If the guest before you didn't tell us they seen a bug we can not address that issue and we could have called our bug people. Again I am very sorry this has happened to you.

Location is a little dated but the beds were comfortable, linen was clean, room was clean minus the air being off when we arrived so the room was hot but it was alright! Staff was super nice and welcoming! Highly recommend and will be returning if in the area again.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. First the keys didn’t work. Second they moved us because we complained about the pot smoke Third the room that we moved into had a pill and food crumbs on the floor, poor housekeeping. We couldn’t leave soon enough.
