The hotel was nice and clean and the man on reception was lovely. My room was not ready for check in. I had a spa booking however I was unable to find the spa, I was told it was closed and no staff around to help therefore missed the booking. The hotel was very loud during the night. I was woken up by inside and outside noise all night

Hotel was lovely and in a great location, food was good, only negative is hotel didn't replace coffee sachets during my stay in my room. A little cheap after paying good money to stay.
