Dating from 1867, it is beautifully furnished in a coastal style with a spacious double bedroom and a bright open plan kitchen/dining/living area. An ideal property for a couple looking for a relaxing escape. Centrally situated, it's a few minutes walk from the harbour, marina, 2 gorgeous sandy beaches and local restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs. The famous Moray Golf Club with 2 18 hole courses is just 2 minutes drive away. This is a traditional style, coastal flat, accessed by an external stone staircase at the rear of the property from the old drying green. There is a lovely large double bedroom room and a bright, open plan living/dining/kitchen area giving you plenty of space to relax. The bathroom is fitted with toilet, sink and walk in shower.
