Disfrutad de vuestras vacaciones en esta moderna y luminosa villa en Los Montesinos. La casa cuenta con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, un amplio salón-comedor con cocina abierta, terraza en la azotea, balcones y una gran terraza que rodea la vivienda. En la terraza encontraréis una piscina privada con ducha exterior, 2 tumbonas y una mesa espaciosa, ideal para disfrutar del sol todo el día.
En la planta baja hay salón-comedor con cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora, el primer dormitorio con cama doble, TV, armario empotrado y baño con ducha. En la primera planta está el segundo dormitorio con cama doble, TV, armario empotrado y baño con ducha. Desde aquí se accede al balcón y al solárium.
En el solárium os espera una barbacoa y un jacuzzi donde relajaros y disfrutar de momentos tranquilos con vistas a las lagunas saladas de Torrevieja. Toda la vivienda dispone de aire acondicionado central para frío y calor.
La piscina climatizada está disponible y puede solicitarse con antelación; este servicio está disponible por un coste adicional. El jacuzzi está abierto todo el año. Por motivos de mantenimiento, es importante revisar el agua del jacuzzi semanalmente.
