Staff at the front were friendly and checked on us often to see if we needed anything. Our only concern was security. The front desk is secure with a proper entry. There are two rooms on that floor. The other 7 rooms are on the second and third floors with a wide open separate stairwell entrance. When we asked about a key for nighttime for the “gate” we were told they didn’t lock it and the chain and padlock were just a decoy. Overall though satisfied with our stay.
