No parties allowed. Fine 1000$ and immediate cancellation without any refund. 5\. We do not offer the option to receive letters or parcels during your stay. 6\. You can make changes to your arrival/departure dates in the direction of decreasing only within the first 48 hours after booking (not applied to the booking made less than 30 days prior arrival) or up to 30 days before the arrival date. 7\. Smoking in an inappropriate place on the property or in the house- 700$ fine. Second time- cancellation of the booking. 8\. Pets are not allowed.
