5 bed/4 ba DOWNTOWN

  • Our building was built new about 2 years ago! Interior designer is amazing and fun. Fully furnished and designed to reflect the funky fun feel of downtown Long Beach!!
    4.5 blocks to Ocean Ave., 7 blocks to Pine st. and all the action of downtown. Walking distance to Shoreline Village, a great area for walking around on the water with shops and restaurants!
    ONLY 1 mile to the Convention Center and 2.5 miles to the Queen Mary! One minute to all freeways to get anywhere you need!! Get to L.A. in 20 minutes. Disneyland or anywhere else!!!!
    2 master suites with large closets and in suite bathrooms. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need! Smart TVs in every room!
    Across the street from a park and a nice sitting area out front or on the small side yard.
