The home is located a short drive from Boulder, Lyons, or Rocky Mountain National Park. Choose between the home’s comforts or a Colorado adventure.

From here you can set out tour the CU campus, ride or hike the front range trails including Lyons' world famous Bitter Brush trail, or set out for Rocky Mountain National Park.

We had such a great stay here, the house is absolutely beautiful! We had the best mornings sitting on the back patio looking at the mountains and lake. We all agreed if we come back to the area we would love to stay here again.

We had a great couple of days at this house. The location on McIntosh Lake and the Mountain View’s were incredible. The house provides a great outdoor setting to enjoy the Mountain View’s, and the direct access to McIntosh Lake was nice to enjoy the walking trial and the lake. The interior of the house is spacious and comfortable. The spacious, well-stocked kitchen is great for cooking meals and hanging out. Thank you for a great stay!

We had such a wonderful family gathering at Greg's house. The house was really cozy and was socked with everything we needed for big family meals, soaks in the hot tub, and just overall relaxation. We could not have asked for a better setting, right on the lake! We took daily walks right outside the back door on the 3.5 mile path around the lake. Greg was really helpful and very communicative! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.
