London (LHR) to New Haven (HVN)
8.8/10 Excellent! (200 reviews)
The recent positive reviews are extremely perplexing!
Room was not clean (big cobwebs hanging from ceiling), room smelled, wallpaper peeling off walls throughout, there was a hole in the wall, stains on the walls, air/ heating unit was loud and rattled throughout the night and finally NO hot water.
Do not be fooled - this is not an “Inn”. It is a motel and not a very nice one at that!

6/10 (1,352 reviews)
"The hotel was under going some remodeling, but nonetheless it was not Clea. The toilet in my room did not flush, we let the front desk know and nothing was done. The shower had very low water pressure. The public bathrooms downstairs were also not working. It just was not the best experience."
