"The cleanliness and safety of the area (including parking area, elevators and surrounding area) did not justify the price we paid for the room. For the price you would expect, at the least, clean sheets, a well lit parking lot with sufficient parking, and a somewhat updated bathroom/shower. We had to circle the block several times and wait for a parking to open up; can not park on streets because of permit laws in LB. Our bedding had stains, ciggerette burns and holes. The shower was very outdated, walls and toilet did not look clean, mold in shower, drywall crumbling, water pressure was very low and the vent fan did not work. The whole room was dusty and the table and dresser tops had a slight sticky film on them. There was noise all night in the hallways. "

"Staff was very helpful and friendly, room was clean, BUT, the room needed an overhaul, the wood furniture was definitely in need of replacing. Other than that, for the price point it was worth it for a one night stay."
