The rooms are clean and comfortable, could have done with some better pillows though. The staff at the front office were absolutely amazing, very ..."

"Good location and price. Staff was very professional and friendly. Nothing amazing but good value for the price. I have stayed here twice. Free parking which is a good deal in Long Beach as the downtown hotels charge $20-$30/ day."

"I believe her name was Ana checked me in and took her time to ensure everything was done righy. I dont remember the person that checked me out but she went above and beyond when I was checking out. I left my bags with her until my family and i were done with lunch. She made it a point to include my 5 year old daughter in the basic conversation she had with me. Those are the things that matter to parents."
