This spacious garden flat is newly renovated with a conservatory and covered outdoor area. It has been upgraded with brand new furnishings & fittings and enjoys bold colourful finishing. The bathrooms are completely remodelled with bright tiles and mosaic and fitted with stylish mirrors, underfloor heating and bold wallpaper. The floors have been upgraded with wooden finishings. The 2 bedrooms sleep a total of 6 adults with a double bunk bed and double bed. The wallpaper and motives of these bedrooms have been carefully selected to make the rooms cosy and uplifting. Both bedrooms have vanity tables with Hollywood lights.
The kitchen has a brand new hob and oven, new refrigerator and micro-wave and enjoys a dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer. An iron and ironing board is included. The flat also has a 65” smart TV fitted which is connected to our in-house wifi at no extra cost.
The flat measures a total of 1200 sq ft space both indoors and outdoors and has a private entrance direct from the street. The conservatory leads you outdoors up to the newly renovated covered BBQ patio with wooden flooring and outdoor dining set.
