A tranquil paradise from the bustle of London and a home away from home, yet situated close to the city centre!

Beautiful, light filled and spacious 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom garden maisonette near Notting Hill and Maida Vale. It is just 10 minutes walk from famous Portobello Road, 5 minutes from leafy Queen’s Park and the canals of Maida Value, on a quiet residential road. The flat interior space is over 1000 square feet with a large garden patio and bar/bbq area.

There are also 2 high streets with supermarkets, restaurants and all amenities just a few minutes away.

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and clothes storage areas. The entire flat has recently been redecorated. The flat rental will include a cleaner who comes weekly (unless preferred otherwise).

The space also features a beautiful patio garden including your very own covered bar and built in BBQ area, where you can listen to the water fountain and watch the Koi carp pond as you enjoy the sunshine. There is also a garden heater to help you keep warm.

The apartment comes equipped with a range of high quality appliances, Sky TV and Broadband.

Well connected location with Westbourne Park tube (District line) and Queens Park tube (Bakerloo line) 5 minutes walk away. Notting Hill tube (Central line) is also nearby.

There are two double bedrooms. The third bedroom has a sofa bed but also makes a fantastic study. There is an additional sofa bed in the living area.
