it took the staff more then an hour to find my booking. I was so tired and they had no clue what they are doing. Even after an hour an hour they gave me the room key which was not activated. i had to go all the way to room and back to get my key activated. i had to go through this all after my 10 hours flight tiredness

Room good size; bathroom facilties very good with nice fluffy towels; comfortable big bed; clean and bright. Good customer service and very good breakfast. Surprisingly good for Heathrow located hotel. Would definitely stay again.

I found a very warm welcome at Reception, and then an equally friendly waiter serving me in the restaurant. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I was even able to request a shower instead of a bath. The location is excellent for Heathrow, with very frequent local buses passing the door, heading for Heathrow bus station (so no need to use the Hoppa service).

The staff was so nice. Just lacks options for quick bites to eat, it is a super great place to overnight in LHR however getting to and from hotel is a process

We stayed here 1 night before an early flight. Perfect spot close to the airport. Not a lot of walkable food or shopping options. Bar & restaurant in lobby. Cafe serves Starbucks coffee. Shuttles available to various airport terminals at regular intervals. Helpful & courteous staff. Hairdryer and coffee station in room.

Even though we were there for a short amount of time (long layover) - There wasn’t a lot of options for dinning. I would think there are more people like us whose flights got delayed and had to stay overnight- there should a least be a 24hours diner nearby or in hotel. There was only 1 person in the front desk and we got lost going to our room and no one to help us. The rooms were nice and clean, but the service was poor.
