Good hotel near Heathrow

Nicely appointed, upscale room, but very small. Sheets were VERY soft!!! The staff were pleasant and helpful. Very good service. This hotel is huge. It was a long walk from the lift to our room. More lifts in different wings would be appreciated.

very recent renovation (I know - I was there last year during the construction). Well worth it. This is also the closest to terminals 1-3, so very convenient on the shuttle.

Cons: Hoppa Bus too mexpensive
Location: Near to local buses

Excellent service and friendly staff. Highly recommend for transiting overnight to other connection at Heathrow. Dinner and breakfast was great.

Stayed one night in between flights. We had the runway view superior room with a queen bed. Rooms are on the smaller side, but manageable. Bathrooms are pretty barebones but very clean (sink was surprisingly tiny, no bathtub). Bed was very comfortable. You barely hear the air traffic. But if you have noisy neighbours, that could be a problem. Staff were pretty prompt. Room service was quick but the menu was very limited. Asked for a porter to help take our luggage down, and he promptly showed up in 15 minutes (as he had said he would). TV will be a disappointment for most international travellers: a whole bunch of British channels that appear to simulataneously broadcast the same programs. All that said, dont go for any "five-star" hotel options around Heathrow. "Four-star" options are far better value for money.

I stayed for 14 hrs only due to my connection in london,very close to airport and good and quick service.helpful staff.rooms,are extremely clean and beds,are very comfortable.

Pros: ・客室が改装されてから日が浅いようで、客室自体は快適であった。
Cons: ・フロントスタッフに全くホスピタリティが感じられない。 ・ロビーがやや薄暗い。 ・宿泊者からも安くない駐車料金(£15)を取るのはいかがなものかと思う。
Location: ・ヒースロー空港に近いが、空港ターミナルまで行くのに意外と時間がかかる。ロンドン市内のパディントン等に宿泊した方が、空港へのアクセスは便利でクイックかも知れない。加えて、空港ターミナルへのバスが有料である。
2泊連泊でツインルームを予約していたにもかかわらず、用意されていたのはダブルルームであった。(そもそもツインルーム確約であったのが、このホテルを選択した主な理由。) スタッフに予約していた本来のルームタイプへの変更を依頼するも、「本日はツインルームが満室で、用意できる部屋がない。明日は用意できると思うので、明朝フロントに来てほしい。」とのこと。 ホテル側から対応結果を報告すべきと思いながらも、明朝こちらからフロントに出向くと、「まだ全部の部屋のチェックアウトが終わっていないので、まだ部屋は用意できない。後刻にもう一度フロントに来てくれ。」とのこと。「日中は外出するので、ホテルに戻ってきた時には部屋を用意しておいてほしい」と依頼。前日に続き応対したスタッフが「Trainee」と書かれた名札を胸に着けていたので、少し不安は覚えたものの了承した。 夕刻ホテルに戻ってきてフロントに確認すると、「部屋は用意できなかった。」と悪びれることもなく回答。それまでの経緯に怒りを覚えたが、疲れていて他のホテルに移る気力は無かったため、不満を覚えつつ連泊した。 スタッフがTraineeであったからかも知れないが、宿泊客には関係のない話であり、Traineeに接客させるのであれば、責任あるManagerかSupervisorの監督下で業務にあたらせるべきである。

Location: Really convenient for Terminal 2
Couldn't fault our overnight stay. Room was lovely, staff extra helpful and dinner very good. Worth mentioning is that the hotel will arrange a taxi to the terminal for £9 so no waiting for the hoppa
