Modern & Stylish Garden Home in Islington - Pass the Keys

My charming & spacious split-level house is located in London's vibrant borough of Islington. I have a double bedroom, a colorful bathroom, a delightful private garden, and a kitchen fully equipped with all the amenities you'll need. The house is perfectly located within walking distance of the many bars and restaurants of Upper Street. Essex Road and Highbury & Islington stations provide quick access to the rest of the city.

The space
Welcome to my lovely Georgian two level home! The property has been recently renovated to the highest of standards and benefits from underfloor heating, plenty of storage, quality open plan kitchen, a brand new bathroom and a spacious living room that is perfect for family nights in. Last but not least you will have access to the private rear garden and enjoy al fresco dinner in the summertime. Just make your self at home.

Other things to note
* Property is managed by a Professional Co-Host of Airbnb
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

It's definitely NOT peaceful

Like most, when I choose a property I go on what the listing says. The first line on the description says peaceful, however this flat is anything but. It is 24 hour road noise. We booked and paid for two nights at this property, and ended up leaving after the first night. The flat is tiny, and being a downstairs garden flat feels very claustrophobic. The weather in London was very hot during our stay, which turned the flat into an oven. There was only one small fan provided. If road noise isn't an issue for you, and you want a clean, well equipped flat in a good location right in the heart of Islington then this place is for you. If you want a relatively quiet flat to relax and get some sleep in, then I wouldn't recommend this one.
