Fast WiFi, a fully-equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, instant heating, hot shower, 2 minute walk to supermarkets, short walk to Brockwell park and Dullwich Park. Train and Buses are plentiful and within a couple blocks. The space My modern recently refurbished one bedroom apartment is the perfect base when visiting London. It is conveniently located in Tulse Hill and with great transport links, you'll be right in the hub of the city but also be able to escape the hustle and bustle! The living area is cosy and bright with a beautiful, warm design and lovely finishing touches. Relax on the sofa, watch tv, hang out with your friends, make yourself at home! It's a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back and relax. If cooking is your thing, you're going to love spending time in our kitchen. There is also a fantastic dining table perfect for those who want to enjoy a meal together. The master bedroom has a super comfortable king size bed and, with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night's sleep? You don't have to live our of your suitcase; plenty of storage rooms means you can get un-packing and start feeling at home right away. Freshen up in the lovely bathroom - wake up in the morning with a shower or a bath, your choice! White fluffy towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided! Additional items provided are: \- Iron and Ironing board \- Hangers \- Hair dryer Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. Other things to note \* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. \* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them. \* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap. Pass the Keys® is a Property Management Company managing many listings on Vrbo. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification. The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
