Modern Private Studio Room

Having your own space in a historical Edwardian family home. Our spacious, homely studio bedroom with private en-suite is ideal for those who want to be close to the centre of London but still experience the relaxing side of North London. Just 20 minutes to Central London and with the 24 hour night tube it's a great alternative to staying in busy, very expensive Central London. The facilities in the studio offer a small kitchen that can be used to prepare and reheat food and fridge/freezer.
The space
A beautiful ground floor double bedroom studio with en-suite facility and appointed kitchenette, includes toaster, coffee cafetière, kettle and free tea and coffee provided within a family home. Spacious work area and ample storage. The sofa bed has a new high quality memory foam mattress (bought Jan 2023) which will guarantee you a good nights sleep. We look forward to hosting you during your stay.
Guest access
You'll be in a family home which is occupied during the day and evening. If you need anything during your stay let us know and we will try our best to accommodate. Access to the main kitchen is not included but we will make an exception with prior arrangement for guests staying for a long period (one or more months).
Other things to note
We have a cat that mainly stays outside.

- Smoking is only permitted in the front garden outside the front door. There will be a
£200 charge for smoking in the room.
- No loud noise after 12 midnight.
- No additional guests can access the room. There will be a £100 per night charge for
each unscheduled guest found using the room.
- No parties/events allowed on the premises. There will be a £200 charge if this rule is
broken.

A mini kitchenette is available in your room to prepare and reheat your food. This facility includes a microwave, fridge (with a small freezer compartment), sink, cutlery & crockery, drinking glasses, chopping board, Cafetiere, kettle, toaster and free tea, coffee, creamer/milk and sugar.

It is important for you to note that this facility is not designed to cook full meals. Please ask about using the main kitchen if you are staying longer term.
