Located on the top of Shooters' Hill London, this newly built BUNGALOW/ANNEXE enjoys beautiful scenery, serenity and panoramic views of London. Accessed via a gate, you are welcomed onto a driveway & a beautiful path alongside the garden leading to the detached Bungalow. On the entrance to the Annexe is a decked verandah for outdoor chilling.

The Annexe living space incorporates an open plan living area, a GRANITE TOPPED BAR/breakfast table, superb GRANITE TOPPED KITCHEN and separate GRANITE TOPPED SINK/LAUNDRY AREA. The stand-alone SHOWER ROOM comprises premium Wash Hand Basin with built under high gloss soft close cupboard and a LUXURY SHOWER/ENCLOSURE with sliding glass doors. Opposite the Shower-room is a luxury modern WC & Wash hand basin.

Everything speaks luxury, from the BLACK GLASS WALL HEATERS & the AIR CONDITIONER which HEATS or COOLS the space as desired to the DESIGNER KITCHEN APPLIANCES. The garden and the locality is very peaceful and quiet as you would need after a busy day out in London. The views over London is fantastic.

THE ELIZABETH LINE, DLR & surface TRAIN at Woolwich Arsenal Station is just over a mile away by bus in under 10 minutes. Anywhere in Central London is around 30 minutes. You can even travel by RIVER BOAT SERVICE. HEATHROW AIRPORT IS DIRECT IN UNDER AN HOUR on the ELIZABETH LINE.

Whether it be shopping, entertainment or tourist attraction that takes your fancy, there are numerous venues within 5 miles of the Annexe but if you want to venture afar, Central London / the West End has more than you can ever have time for.

Very nicely finished outbuilding with its own separate entrance leading to a lovely garden with expansive views over London. Externally there is a decked terrace leading to the rental. The house has all that is required for our stay. There is a granite topped bar area separating the kitchen area from the living area. The kitchen has designer appliances. The air-conditioner does heating and cooling. The bathroom is luxurious. The environment is secluded and quiet. Plenty of on-street parking outside. Near buses and Woolwich Centre. Highly recommended hosts. They were very welcoming. We will come again.
