We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with good air conditioning. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful throughout our stay. Parking was convenient and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The location was also convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The reception staff and daily clean staff were very nice. Parking was limited but very acceptable. The room was very aged, worn carpet and paint. It was no doubt at its peak 30 years ago and perhaps a 5 star hotel in its era, but with minimal maintenance as this obviously has received, it’s going to look worn and tired. This makes me consider, if an 8 story hotel is charging good money per night, it would be reasonable for routine maintenance and refurbishment over time. All in all. A good stay albeit the room and public areas are run down.

Staff were friendly on arrival and departure. The room and hotel were pretty clean but very shabby and run down. The room was a great size but the table in the room was a bit sticky and I didn't use the kettle as when I washed it out brown stuff came out of it. Air con in the room was great as it was warm. For a one night stay for convenience to Wembley Stadium/arena and value for money it was fine.
