Host (Oliver) was extremely helpful, very communicative and made the whole experience of booking, getting directions and receiving instructions completely hassle free and straightforward. I can't say enough good things about this property. We spent nine days here as part of a 20th anniversary trip to London. Oliver's place is beautifully designed and so comfortable. It has two big balconies, a fully outfitted kitchen (we cooked many of our meals in), a comfortable double bed and ample living room. With two of us for a longer stay, it was nice to have separate places to retreat to. The flat is very secure, with a concierge on the lower level, and quiet enough -- even with construction outside -- that unless we had the doors wide open I didn't need the earplugs I brought to sleep. I loved the coffee shop downstairs, the easy access to the London Fields Overground and bus system and the neighborhood feel all around. All the stars for cleanliness, location and communication.
