Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a pre-check-in link where you can securely confirm your arrival details. Depending on your booking, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of our guest screening and protection process. Your Guest Portal will also include: Digital apartment guide Check-in instructions with photos Your access code, which becomes available at your confirmed check-in time (usually 3 PM) We also offer several optional extras to enhance your stay. Introduce the code, followed by the padlock icon in the middle of the key box's screen and pull it open to retrieve the keys. 5\.
