Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities

Non è una "struttura" era una camera all interno di una casa privata, sciatta, sporca (ciuffi di capelli peli sulla moquette) e con un "bagno" in comune con altri occupanti la casa. Nell annuncio non e' detto che il bagno e' in comune, inoltre la stanza non ha serratura cioe non si chiude a chiave. E' inaccettabile vendere una sistemazione del genere a oltre 600,00 euro per una notte (quello che ho pagato io per 2 persone), mi riservo di chiedere il rimborso e anche il risarcimento dei danni, consistiti nel dover prendere una stanza in un hotel vicino unico disponibile, l hilton, stanza doppia 800,00 euro!!! - tanto per dare l idea della mancanza di proporzione. La sistemazione prenotata e pagata non era assolutamente idonea e non ci abbIamo dormito. Ancora: sulla porta fuo è attaccato un cartello con su scritto Parking 20 sterline; abbiamo potuto parcheggiare ma per 30 sterline (ci veniva detto che in caso di "eventi" - ieri sera concerto dei Coldplay allo stadio di Wembley) e al ritorno abbiamo trovato una multa di 160,00 sterline con la motivazione che le ruote sporgevano rispetto a una certa linea. La macchina era perfettamente allineata alla macchina accanto, davanti alla porta dell host (come usa li' nello spazio davanti all'abitazione) che a mio avviso avrebbe dovuto comunicarci le modalità di parcheggio per non incorrere in sanzioni e chiarire che le regole del codice della strada valgono anche se si parcheggia in quella che sembrava area privata.
