Property was extremely clean, had fantastic staff and brilliant location. Both Aruman and Paulina were extremely helpful and went out there way to help. Apartment was spotless and had everything you needed. highly recommend.

Very clean and new studio apartment, bed super comfortable and good shower, toaster, hob, oven (with integrated microwave) and cutlery etc. Complimentary tea & coffee in the lounge area and room. Small honesty market for things like pasta, sauce, porridge, ice cream, essential toiletries etc. Quick links to Stratford/Westfield, O2 and Excel

Greeted by friendly staff. Room much bigger than expected with balcony and view. Even had a nespresso machine! Staff happy to help. About 10-15 min walk from nearest tube station. Difficult to find hotel, may need directions on website as not on Google maps yet!

Friendly staff Late check out Decent fitness room Modern Walking distance to the Emirates Stadium - an excellent choice if you travelling to watch Arsenal games. Close to shops, restaurants and a couple of metros. Cleanliness can be improved with some with some crumbs on the carpet and a string of hair in the bathroom. Overall, I have already recommended a couple of friends and will go back again.

The whole experience was perfect. Very comfortable bed, kitchen with everything we needed and great friendly staff. Location was perfect for walking to museums, parks, general shopping and wonderful cafes. I would happily stay next time we’re in London.

Loved our stay here. Absolutely LOVED it. The welcome was second to none with a covid friendly 1 on 1 around the suite and a welcome pack that meant we could have a brew after our long journey. I loved the Cheval, there are lots of great things to say about this apartment! This really is a beautiful haven in London only steps away from Gloucester road Tube station. I received a lovely warm welcome and was brought up to my room and shown how everything worked. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, the apt itself is great size, has a fully functioning kitchen, comfortable sitting room, a guest bathroom as well as a bedroom with on-suite. So much better value than a hotel...

Finding good accommodation in Central London for a decent price is becoming harder and harder - I thought twice about creating a positive review as don’t want this accommodation to be over subscribed selfishly (!), but what a fantastic find. Really enjoyed staying here, everything ran super smooth, was easy to check in and get access to what was a modern and immaculately clean room, with everything you need and very comfortable. This place is incredible. Spotlessly clean and had everything we could've needed. So easy to walk around the area for exploring and even at night it was quiet and felt safe. Would definitely stay here again
