The room was very clean, and a 5 star review for all the little extras/ little touches.
A little jar of oat milk in the fridge was appreciated for my teas/coffees and also being vegan there was biscuits I could eat. The bed was comfy, and the location is lovely - lovely views of the loch and great location for local hiking and the botanical gardens.
The hosts were very welcoming and friendly.
The breakfasts were amazing - you choose your menu choices the night before so it’s cooked right on...

Lovely hotel in the heart of Luss village moments from Loch Lomand.
The hotel had a lot of character and the menu in the restaurant was far more interesting than most hotels in the highlands.

Locate on the shoreline of Helensburgh & very close to event hall I was attending. Room with no view but it was a lovely cosy room onsuite beautifully decorated fabulous mirrior.
