"Booked as my surprise 30th get away, partner had organised with the hotel to decorate the room and it was so lovely to walk in to. Host was very friendly and the place was very clean. "First, the level of communication and correspondence I got from booking this property was piss poor. I did get barrages of messages for different things. From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even...

"cotrage was lovely and quaint .hottub was lush .only downside is i was expecti g a little holiday type village with tge cottages dotted aroynd ina woodlands type ..its not.this cottage is literally just in the front garden of tbe farmers house ( lovely gent ) .. lovely and quiet ..clean cottage .very small .."

"A perfect place for a couple to switch off and relax. Very well equipped and close to lovely beaches and places of interest. The only downside was finding it. Hideaway is a good name as we couldn't find it. It only has a small nameplate that could not be seen from the road. The satnav takes you to the wrong road . Luckily someone in the management company was able to help.Detailed directions are a necessity for this lovely property."
