"Really nice chilled out environment, Really helpful staff, very relaxing with excellent spa treatments onsite if required or just relax with ambient atmosphere when using the swimming pool, sauna, steam, hydrotherapy area's giving it a pure chilled vibe to unwind, we booked an executive room with a canal view, just watching the barge boats go past whilst having a beer next to the water it was a very good & relaxed atmosphere, we would definitely be returning to the hotel/spa we had excellent weather that made our trip even better after a day of canoeing over the tallest Aqueduct. "

"Fantastic hotel. We stayed for two nights bed and breakfast. We were attending a wedding locally. The host was fabulous. Very personable and friendly. She made us feel so welcome. Helped us with anything we needed. Even helped when we couldn’t get a taxi and drove us personally to our venue. Amazing service. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Breakfast lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel x "
